Common questions
Everything you’d expect from a clothing brand: sizing, shipping, returns, and order updates.
Use the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller size for a closer fit.
Fit notes are listed on the product page (e.g., “true to size”, “oversized”, “slim”). If it’s an oversized style, consider sizing down for a closer fit.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. You’ll see an estimated delivery window before you pay.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within the stated return window (see your policy page). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags/packaging.
If international delivery is available for your location, it will show at checkout. Customs duties and taxes (if any) are determined by your country.
Follow the care label inside the garment. When in doubt: wash cold, avoid high heat, and air-dry to preserve fit and fabric quality.
